Gripper wasteband

What makes these pants great is the rubber nonslip gasket on the waste. My shirt stays tucked in and my pants don't slip down. I liked them so good that I just ordered 3 more pairs.

The best I've found but it looks like they're discontinued

I've been buying these pants for years. I love that they don't have an elastic band or stretchy material. I love that they have a gripper band. I love that they're easy to care for and last a while. The one thing I hate is that they're very hard to find online and usually in the clearance section. I don't understand why Eddie Bauer would choose to discontinue these when they are great for the casual business person. I understand EB is an outdoor company but having 40+ outdoor type and 0 business casual is hard to understand, especially when they're the only company that can make what most want.

Big Fan of these Pants!

I like these pants so much I bought 3. Love the interior rubber "gasket" that helps keep my shirts tucked-in.
