DECEPTIVE AND DISHONEST ADVERTISING

At Christmastime, I purchased a "fabric, embroidered heart-shaped, beaded ornament" in a store location. I liked it and wanted a few more for Valentines Day. So I ordered three different colors of this item, which was clearly described as: "fabric, beaded and embroidered". The photos also appear to be stuffed fabric ornaments. After many weeks, a small plastic bag arrived. Inside were three hard, flat, PLASTIC hearts on cheap thin cords. Each looked to have a PHOTO of the initially described item encased in acryllic! What kind of false advertising is that? It's dishonest. I called to request a refund which was never processed. Outrageous theft of consumer trust and money.
