Another method is to use a temperature controller to control the temperature by turning on or off the power supply. Another advanced solution is to use the integrated chip to detect the temperature of the soldering head, and then adjust the power of the temperature controller to control the temperature. When the temperature of the soldering iron head is lower than the set temperature, the host is turned on to supply power to the temperature controller for heating. When the temperature of the soldering iron head is higher than the preset temperature, the host is turned off and heating stops.
