Texas Pete

Texas Pete is my favorite hot sauce. I have tried other sauces, but they do not measure up to Texas Pete in my opinion. It's not so hot that it would take the flavor of your food, whether it be chicken, fish, ribs, etc. It depends upon the amount of sauce you use; that will be satisfying to your taste. Give it a try, you might like Texas Pete hot sauce.

TEXAS PETE, NOT TOO SPICY, JUST RIGHT!

The fact that I like to add a dab of spice such as Texas Pete Original Hot sauce to most of what I eat helps to bring out the flavors in Soups, Stews, Tacos, rice and beans, Mac and cheese, sauces dips, eggs, casseroles, etc. It has the perfect spice level thats needed!

The hot sauce for people who don't like hot sauce

I am not a fan of hot/spicy foods in general, so I've avoided hot sauce for most of my life. My tolerance for heat is a medium salsa, or a 3 on the one-to-five scale at the Thai restaurant. So I was really happy to learn about Texas Pete's from a friend. It adds a lot of flavor to foods with only a tiny amount of heat. It's great to liven up side dishes like mac %26 cheese and potatoes. It makes a nice (and low fat/low calorie) condiment on sandwiches and breakfast dishes. I like to mix a little in my ranch dressing to make a cool yet spicy dip in place of super sugary barbecue sauce. So if you've got a mild palate like me, I bet you'd also love Texas Pete. (And if you're a red hot spice lover, they make an extra hot version just for you. Look for the black label.)
