even though the material is good, it's not holding very well. i understand why people like it, it's tight, and it keeps legs, thighs, tight while you work out. it helps in shaping your buttocks and legs, but since it comes from China it needs to be ordered one size up. do if you're size M, get it size L. otherwise i recommend it for walking and workouts
