Why not 5 stars? Simply because I think that that's a very high bar. I like the awning and though the instructions could have been more clear, I did manage to assemble & install it with few hiccups. It operates smoothly, albeit a little louder than expected, but don't consider that a complaint because it's not something that's going to wake the neighbors.
