This product will not work. It shuts off after a few minutes. It is not off balance, I have tried different sized rocks and different sized loads to see if this will correct and IT DOES NOT!!! Customer service is very difficult to work with as they send you an email asking for things but the link will not send your information to them. They will then send you an email stating that due to not answering in a timely manner the situation is considered resolved. NOT TRUE
