APPLE IPAD MINI 1ST GENERATION – ONLY WIFI Released in November 2012, the iPad mini 1st generation (model A1432 Wi-Fi only) was Apple’s first “small” tablet. Size and weight: This is still the sweet spot for one-handed use. The 7.9" form factor is perfect for reading, couch browsing, and travel. Compared to modern 8.3" mini or 11" iPad Air, the original mini with its thinner bezels actually feels more compact in hand. Build quality: Aluminum unibody, chamfered edges – it still looks premium. Feels nicer than many cheap Android tablets today. Battery life holds up surprisingly well if the battery hasn’t degraded too badly (many units still get 7–9 hours of light use). Performance: iOS 9.3.6 is ancient. Many websites barely work (TLS 1.2 is the max it supports; lots of modern sites require TLS 1.3). YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, banking apps – almost everything refuses to run or is excruciatingly slow. 512 MB RAM + 1 GHz dual-core A5 = constant reloads even on lightweight sites. Scrolling on Wikipedia or Reddit in Safari is laggy. Condition: These devices are 100% fully functional. They have been fully tested and inspected by our certified technicians. The item will show only light signs of use and handling; no visible screen scuffs or dead pixels and imperfections on the body will not be visible at a distance. Power adapter is included. Original packaging is not included.
