Door lock actuator

When they quit, there's only one solution: get one of these, put it in, then forget it. All the doors on a Suburban (late 90s) use the same part number--I used this one on the rear door. You have to drill out the OEM rivets, and replace them with some 6mm bolts (not included). The hardest part of the job is actually getting the lower door panel off without breaking the plastic fasteners--best of luck with that!

I purchased the Dorman Door Lock Actuators motors for my 1999 GMC K1500 Suburban as I had 2 of then not working 1 on Rt. Rear door & 1 on the Back door They work great I will by more things from Partgeek in the future
