This is the first time my husband and I have tried this product. First off the taste is just delicious. Secondly I can already tell a difference in my clarity of thinking my stress level and endurance has improved when working out and working long hours. I'm so glad to have found this supplement!

Actually works!!!
I had to write a review right after getting these because I was so impressed! I've taken Ashwagandha plenty of times before, since it's usually included in some other supplements I take. However, I love love love these gummies because I could feel it kick in right away. And I took ONE gummy-not the serving size of three. The best way I can describe the effects is this: I feel very level-headed and relaxed, but not sleepy/drowsy. I work in customer service, and took this during my day shift. I felt more calm and in-control. I can see this being a good supplement to take in the evening to wind down. I also have just a tiny bit of anxiety and this completely took that away!? I've never had anything do that before! Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed!
