This facet was extremely easy to Install! All parts were hand tighten. The only tools I used was to remove the old facet! The rubber washer didn't tighten enough and would leak water, so I switched them, (bottom on top, top on bottom) and solved the leakage problem! The water flow is very cool! It flows nicely... I've never had a waterfall facet before! The facet looks awesome in my bathroom!

I was looking for new stylish and fancy faucet to replace grandpa faucet since I bought old apartment which been replace 10 years ago. I have my plumber to install and only spend half hour to finish. we both agreed flow of water was fun part as it came out as waterfall. It makes wash hand or facial more exciting. material of faucet is sturdy, reasonable price compared with Home Depot or Lowes , I would order one more for guest room.
