Verified Purchase
The unit showed up DOA, it does not work. This review is about trying to return something bought off Walmart.com. It is next to impossible to return an item, you can't take it to the store for an exchange or return, you are run in circles between Walmart and the selling vendor, no one will send an RMA. We even bought their extended warranty. Do not buy more than a toothbrush from Walmart.com. if you have a problem its not worth the headache. Buy at Costco, at least they stand behind what they sell.
