Disappointing Quality, Frustrating Assembly

Unfortunately, this was one of the more frustrating furniture assembly experiences I've had. During assembly, I noticed that one of the boards was missing a pre-drilled hole, so that piece could only be secured with one screw. It still works for its purpose, but it was disappointing from a quality standpoint. After installing all the drawer tracks and getting ready to insert the drawers, I realized the tracks had to be removed and repositioned because the correct holes were not pre-drilled in the proper orientation. I ended up having to take everything apart, flip the tracks, and redrill holes to make them fit correctly. The dresser itself is fairly heavy once assembled and the overall style looks nice. However, the drawers feel thin and somewhat flimsy when opening them, similar to older particle-board furniture. The drawers are also not soft-close. While the design is attractive, the build quality and assembly process didn't meet my expectations.
