this really seems to work.

I have to say this stuff actually works. I have had issues with my memory for years. And as I've gotten older it seems I've had a combination of the normal getting older memory issues and maybe some of my other issues which are related to who knows what. I tried this bottle as a trial and then ended up doing a second month. I noticed less and less episodes of me forgetting what I was going to do or other types of memory issues, and tell I literally was noticing no episodes at all. Then I ran out and never did get it refilled. It's been about 3 weeks since I stopped taking it and I have just started noticing these episodes relapsing. Who can say for sure, but what I can say is prior to taking it I was having memory issues and forgetting what I was about to do. While I was on it I did not have those episodes and after I quit I started having them again. it may be worth noting that I also take nmn and ubiquinol.
