Walmarts terrible customer service on furniture sa
Walmart website said free 30 day returns and I didn't read the small Apparently the fine print said the couch could only be returned if it had damage. I called Walmart to set up the free return and the referred me to the selling vendor who I believe is in China. The Walmart vendor referred me to their policy. After several calls to Walmart where their customer service manager said the will have their freight company call me to set up the return and then I will get my full refund. When I did not hear from Walmarts freight company I called Walmart back and after being on the phone for two and a half hours they tell me their customer service manger who told me Walmart will have their freight company pickup the poor quality product was incorrect and Walmart will not help any further. It was up to me to spend freight costs of $967 to get my refund. This makes no sense. So now I am stuck with a poorly made couch that I do not want and Waymo who sold the couch won't help. Very unfortunate and I recommend no one buy furniture from Walmart because Walmart walks away from helping and leaves it up to the customer to deal with the Walmart vendor in China.
