This shoes molds to your foot and since there are no seams if you have any foot issues you are good to go. I have two pair of this style shoe in both smooth leather and the nuebuck, love them both. For me I am a true 8-1/2 and the sizing is perfect.

The look and fit of the shoes are good. I bought my normal size and I would say they fit well. A tad roomy in width but not so much that I would want a different size or width. I have been wearing them with socks but plan once the weather is better to go without and I think they will be fine.

I've been having trouble with plantar fasciitis and as soon as I put them on my feet felt so good I didn't have to break them in! I have Vionic sandals so was a little apprehensive about buying shoes but they are awesome and are worth the money.
