Good, but more power options would be better.

March 19, 2026 It does work great. I plan on never hand cranking a jack again. However there was a negative surprise to it, with 3 sub parts. First I thought it would be a 12V system, but the jack is stated to be powered at 18.5V with a battery and a 21V battery charging adapter. So the stated voltages are non-standard as stated. Second the power adapter plugs directly into the battery, not the jack, and in between the rails of the battery. That means the adapter is really only good for charging the battery, not powering the jack. It means the battery cannot be charged while attached to the jack and the jack cannot be powered by anything other than the battery (or some improvised contraption not included). Third, all of that means damage, deterioration or loss of the adapter or the battery means you would have no jack. I do not find any replacement parts for the battery or the adapter available for purchase. However I put a multi meter on the adapter output and in another instance on the battery at full charge and got 21 volts for both. That makes me think it is really just a 20 volt system or at least close enough for that to work if the leads matched up. The leads/rails don't match up with the Hyper Tough 20V batteries I have. Either way the system is subject to being useless upon battery failure. Therefore I did improvise a contraption to power the jack directly and it ran acceptable at 18.5V and 21V. It will pull 100 Watts, more or less, in trailer tongue lifting use. It seems that to get a 12V system with a remote costs nearly twice the price so maybe just buy two of these instead.

Yes, I would recommend this jack.

I used this battery operated jack at all four wheels to change my brake pads. The jack was able to lift and maintain the height necessary without any problems. The battery level still had two lights of charge left when I was done. I would definitely recommend this jack to anyone looking for a simple way to lift their vehicle.
