This practice hand is exactly as described, it's hard silicone and the fingers maneuver into whatever pairing that you want it in and it's the best one I've ever seen or played with. I posted 2 pictures of the nails %26 the fingers where they'll go just to help me explain it a little better. There is a slit in each finger and a piece on the nail that helps it stay on the finger while you paint and decorate each. It's very cool. And then there are 3 nail powders, the Top Coat, Nail Glitters, Acetone, a glass dapper dish (to hold the acetone in), nail paint brushes (to decorate with), a nail brush to wipe away the dust after filling, a rough file (to file and shape the dry powder on the nail), a 7 side file/buffer, a box of long nails and a mini UV/LED light that comes with its own USB cord. The lamp has 12 lights and an on/off button that's supposed to set it for 60 seconds or 120 seconds. (I'm going to have to send them an email asking about the lamp because when I click the on/off button it just "flashes" on and off and does not stay lit for 60 or 120 seconds and surely that's not what it's supposed to do?? I'll wait to review them on delivery (which was perfect), communication and a possible solution until I get a response from them telling me what to do?) Other from that I'm very happy with this set and I plan to buy one for my 12 year old granddaughter that is into nails already. 8/10 (just bc of the lamp)
