Broken and taped to hide the imperfection

I was disappointed in this item. The blue gnome's hat was not attached to the whiskers on one side, and someone very carefully taped the hat to the whiskers with something like Scotch Magic tape to hide the imperfection. I have to say that it was very meticulously done; but the tape did not hold, and I noticed the repair when the hat slipped off the whisker. Whoever made this item knew it was broken and decided to sneak it through by taping it. That is not a good business practice.
