This ice machine saved my wife's life after knee surgery and we were in a hotel for recovery for a week.Very easy just fill half way with water and 5 bottles of ice water or just ice and it stays cold for a long time. Had to order it on Walmart.com to be delivered to the hospitals hotel an d fed ex lost it but finally it worked out after 2 days
