I love this base! I bought mine before I got an abdominal surgery. I figured the adjustment would make recovery much easier. It absolutely did just that. Assembly was a piece of cake other than it being heavy but that's kind of a given. Everything works perfectly. The remote has plenty of options and there's an app to sync your phone to it. with the app you can set an alarm for the bed. It will either put it in zero G, lay flat, or turn on the massage feature at the time you set. I do wish the message function was better but everyone else loves it so it might just be a me thing. Otherwise it's great.

The bed we bought our older sister was a twin XL. She thought it was amazing on the first night she got in it with the thought she wasn't going to like it and every bed is the same! She has slept wonderfully every night. She gets in bed and turns on the mattress heated pad (purchased separately) and the massage option and relaxes for 20 minutes and then she puts the bed on sleep mode and it raises her head to the perfect spot. Her back pain and shoulder pain has lessened immensely.
