folic acid replacement

I take this prenatally, as I had read that folate was better processed in the body than folic acid. I was a little nervous at first as everyone talks specifically about folic acid (which I had not known was a manufactured product), but my levels have remained healthy and there are no issues with taking this over folic acid. The capsules are small and easy to take. I just take one a day but have had no adverse reactions or problems. I will continue with this product.
