Good graphics card, bad AMD driver

The card in itself is good and does better than nvidia cards when compared to performance/price but for some setups (mostly with multiple displays or ultrawides), the AMD drivers it wont get out of sleep (have to shut down) and multiple times I have to uninstall all drivers and reinstall everything after I put it to sleep. This doesnt effect all setups and there are some temporary fixes but ultimately AMD has to fix the issue.
