NOX has been my goto pre-workout drink for more than 10 years. the flavor is great with no weird side effects. You will definitely notice the difference in your workout. I recommend you take this at least 30 minutes before working out. Avoid taking this after 9pm as I found it tends to keep be awake (my personal experience). overall great product.

The fruit punch flavor tastes pretty good, not too overpowering, and it mixes well without leaving chunks. I definitely felt more motivated and energized after taking it, especially on tired days. If you're sensitive to caffeine, start with a smaller scoop because it hits pretty fast. 🌟
