Great vitamin
I take one daily, vitamin without iron is great for post-menopause. The proprietary blend of foods with the vitamins is just right for me. It never upsets my stomach, and gives me more energy as well. With Mega Food, I know I am taking a true food based vitamin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best MVI ever. I don't need iron as post-menopausal and this is the only multi I can take that does not cause upset GI. Gives me energy as well and I think it helps with digestion. Great product as usual, MegaFood. Keep making it, please!
