Does NOT make good Pizza

Item arrived and was easy to assemble. I installed two new AA batteries from a fresh package and the front panel temperature controls/probe IP which powered up twice then NEVER again. This unit has many of the features of more expensive ones but are no good if they are inoperable like this failure. We tried 4 different doughs across 12 pizza cookings and not a single one was edible. While it seems low maintenance, the first time an accidental topping or flour spill burns on teh ceramic you must truly scrub it clean or that nasty burn flavor persists. The rotating ceramic is powered by 2 D batteries and seems very fragile as teh peel can easily disrupt speed. We had high hopes for this, really wanted to be able to make tasty pizza but not a single good one - Dominos makes better pizza IMHO
