Medium Grind makes the difference

My cornbread and fish coating receive peer compliments because I use 1:1 ratio of Bob's Red Mill Organic Medium Grind Cornmeal and Fine grind, non-self rising YELLOW cornmeal. I'm disappointed that my Walmart (Pea Ridge, AR) doesn't offer the 5 lb pkg of plain fine grind YELLOW cornmeal!! It leads me to think everyone uses Self-Rising!! Unfortunately, I must purchase the small Quaker canister style or WHITE non-self rising. Overall, Bob's Red Mill Organic Medium Grind Cornmeal is excellent.
