Game changing pain relief

This was my first time using kinesiology tape and I am quite amazed. Been having shoulder problems and was suggested to try. Is was precut and very easy to put on and stayed on until I was ready to take off. I put a few stripes on before gym and it definitely help me push through without the pains I would have in shoulders. I will continue to use because it's been a real game changer in my physical activities.
