Product details
Clean and protect wounds with Kerlix gauze sponges. Made from high-quality USP Type VII cotton, the loose, open crinkle-weave absorbs wound fluids quickly to give the injury a balanced environment for healing. The fluff gauze dressing has been washed and air-dried to make it soft, lofty and dense for maximum comfort and cushioning, which absorbs exudate and channels it to the secondary dressing. 6 ply thickness also increases padding and absorbency, so the woven gauze dressing protects the wound from impact and helps reduce complications from moisture saturation. This white sponge is free from microorganisms and helps keep the wound safe from infection. Each sterile dressing is rectangle-shaped measuring 6 x 6 3/4 in and is suitable as a primary dressing for medium-sized wounds.
