Great Heater, better than expected!

A little skeptical when purchased about whether it would produce enough heat with that glass tube and all. But as soon as it was lit that concern went away. It produced exactly the amount of heat needed and it was more of a soft warm comfortable heat, not one like the older (top burner mounted) versions have where it is nice but you have to stand right under it then it gets too hot. Anyway, everything was delivered unbroken and packed really well. The instructions were right on target and it was simple to assemble. I had it up and running within an hour and that included unpackaging and cleanup. It looks so cool (but very warm) with the flame running up the glass tube and besides looking really nice it actually does exactly what it suppose to like warming up my courtyard area. So glad I went with this style heater, we will enjoy it and the very good compliments about for a very long time. Great purchase and delivery was quicker than originally promised, which was a plus as well.
