I have been baking Sourdough Bread for a while and had my own starter, but I though I would try a factory made one... well after making a starter us the dehydrated kneadace, I notice such a wonderful difference, I built this batch of for 2 week past the instruction and made bread about the 20 day, it was so good, I threw my old start away, one I have invested 3 months time in, this one was so much better.
