This is a great tasting mix. Too bad you cannot get it in stores in WA state. I was happy to find it on-line. My husband would buy it in Canada on golf trips. Selected US state grocery stores carry it in-house. I make my "Aunt Wilma's" cookies with the mix. recipe: 1 box cake mix, 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup oil, 3/4 cup chopped pecans, 1/3 cup SKOR toffee chips. Mix by hand. Bake 375 degrees for 11 minutes. Cool several minutes on cookie sheet. Suggest using parchment paper on sheets. I use a 1 Tbs. cookie scoop to make cookies. Makes approximately 33 cookies. My husband's favorite!!

I don't normally like cake mixes but this is exceptional! It makes the best quick bread or coffee cake imaginable! You can stir in any fruit or jam or dairy and have a quick and amazing treat! Totally delicious! I love to add 3 bananas, toasted pecans, and a block of cream cheese to this mix, it gets great reviews and only takes a minute.

Makes yummy butter pecan peach cobbler!
Grease a 9x14 " pan, pour two cans of sliced peaches with juice into pan. Sprinkle whole box of cake mix over peaches. Top cake mix with thinly sliced stick of butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with Butter Pecan of Vanilla ice cream. My favorite way to use this cake mix although it makes a great cake too.
