One of my dogs' favorite foods
I already knew that my dogs loved the food, and this time we tried ordering it from jet to save money. I ordered 3 bags total. The first time around all three bags were open and there was food loose in each box. I called and talked to customer service and she was nice and quickly dealt with my problem. I put the first 3 boxes out for trash, and they sent me 3 new bags. This time only one was ripped and it was minor enough that I wasn't worried about food quality. I plan to order again in the future and depending how that order comes I will choose whether or not to continue ordering through jet. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
