My review for this item is on the packaging and shipping and handling. I was so excited to receive this ottoman bench that was perfectly priced , perfect color and the perfect size. First the item was left in the middle of hallway and not in front of my apartment door which indicated that it was thrown down and left. When I opened the box to my surprise there was absolutely no Styrofoam or packaging in the box although the outside label said handle with care. One entire side of the bench was off the hinge with the screws broken and inside the bottom of the storage part. The ottom is gorgeous with a beautiful velvet color and texture. Extremely disappointed that it came damaged.
