Toilet is fine, but the electrical components and customer service are a nightmare The toilet itself works okay, but the electrical part of the bidet is defective and that's where everything falls apart — both the product and the customer service experience. I've been stuck with a defective unit and getting a repair or RMA has been an absolute ordeal. The customer service rep keeps requesting videos as proof of the issue, which sounds reasonable on paper — but if you've ever owned a bidet, you know how impractical and uncomfortable it is to record the problem in action. It feels like they're using that requirement as a barrier rather than a genuine attempt to help. If you're considering this product, just be aware: if anything goes wrong with the electrical components, you're in for a frustrating fight to get it resolved. The return/repair process is poorly designed for this type of product, and the support team doesn't seem equipped to handle it any better. Buy at your own risk — the toilet is passable, but the after-sale support is not worth the headache.
