I use this with a tea candle in a wax burner, I suggest the 4 hour tea candle. The aroma is so nice it leaves the house smelling amazing. I use it daily, this is one of my favorite scents, however I also like the peppermint especially if you are congestion. It will open you up but be careful because it can get quite intense. Everyone who comes into my house will always comment on how nice it smells and who doesn't want that
