Tastes Better than Regular Mayo!

Some studies say avocado oil is actually healthier than olive oil for your heart. Personally, with all the sugar and other additives in mayonnaise these days, regular mayonnaise no longer tastes the same as it did when I was a kid in the 50-60's. This brand of avocado mayo tastes amazing. Does it taste like Best Foods? Not at all. But it still tastes good and I have yet to prepare any dish where it did not work out. So far everything I have tried it on tastes even better!

Great substitute for traditional mayonnaise!

I changed my diet after a medical diagnosis and have tried many different brands of vegan mayo until I found this one. The avocado oil isn't overwhelming like other oils. It's great for sandwiches, pasta salads and for mixing sauces. Add some sweet bbq and honey mustard to it and it's a great Chicfila sauce stand-in, or a little taco sauce and some Cholula chipotle and it's a great replacement for Taco Bell chipotle sauce. Mix gently though as it will get a little watery if over-mixed.

This is a fantastic mayonnaise. It contains avocado oil, instead of the cheaper and unhealthy soybean oil that is found in most other mayonnaises. This mayonnaise tastes great spread on sandwich bread, or used in fish salads, potato salad, salad dressings, etc.
