Good Product * Helpful Tips Putting Together *
I purchased two. One for each screen and I had a different type of riser for my laptop in the center. They arrived on time and packaged well. Putting together was simple but if the top and bottom plates don't align, reposition the bottom base and you'll get them to align. Best way to do it is attach the top plate first then position the bottom plate. Top plate has 4 screws and bottom plate has 3 screws. I had an issue with parts and emailed customer service. They are great getting issues resolved. 5 star on customer service from VIVO. The stands look great, are heavier than expected and give good space for storage between the plates (under the monitors).
