all of them arrived fully sealed. the first one i opened had visible white spots, a powdery coating, and absolutely rancid smell. i did some research and opened another one from a different flavor just to be sure, but it was in the exact same condition. not sure who is at fault for the defective products but i'm extremely disappointed

I have been using miswak bark for two years and this is the worst kind I've ever gotten. You have to cut down to a new bristle every time you use it. And yes it usually gets stuck in your teeth to some degree but this gets so stuck in your teeth that it causes more problems then it helps at all, it also does not even clean your teeth. Most miswak bark even from this brand is good and solid. But this was the worst purchase of this I have ever made. Very disappointed
