Dreame GoVac 800 Robot Vacuum and Mop, Auto-Empty, Mop Self-Clean, 20KPa Suction, Corner to Edge Clean, Detangle Brush

Dreame X50 is a premium-priced product that failed to deliver on key features. I really wanted to like this vacuum, but it was a let-down. Docking: unable to return to the dock successfully, specifically, the left wheel (right side facing the vacuum) keeps getting stuck on the base ramp “lip.” I tried repositioning the base and cleaning the wheel (on the brand-new vacuum), but those didn't fix the issue. The customer service agent also advised me to put lubricant on the docking area of the base station; I'm unsure if that did anything. Poor navigation: it keeps getting “lost” and creating a floor plan that doesn't exist. This contributes to the challenge of getting back to the dock. I remapped twice in two weeks while trying to get this machine to perform without an issue. Even the Dreame customer service team seems disorganized. I initially reported the issue by email; they responded, and I responded with the requested video. I got another response from them as if it were a newly reported issue, discounting the previous correspondence. On a positive note, great suction, comprehensive features, lots of options (even water temperature for mopping), and some nice-to-have features like pet photos. I am done with this vacuum after two weeks and am taking it back to Walmart. At a premium price, customers shouldn't have to deal with these issues on a brand-new product. I just wanted a robot vacuum that could navigate the house and return to its base.
