Cheaply made knock off imitation

This hat did not fit correctly. The front is not embroidered, it is a decal that was not put on straight. The letters on the bottom go slightly downhill. This is a cheap knock off of the nicer quality hats. The delivery process was so bad they thought it was lost and told me that put in for a refund. Then it came late and I am going through the return process so I don't get charged again. I found a nice, good quality, embroidered hat on Amazon and it arrived in 2 days with no problems.
