Loose waistband

The elastic waistband was very loose. I wear a medium 32”-34” and a person whose waist is around the lower measurement of 32” might have problems with the fit. I would prefer a 100% cotton fabric instead of the 55% cotton 45% polyester blend, and I would prefer that they were made in the USA instead of another country.
