Best priced ICV for E30

The least expensive "new" icv for the e30. It fixed my stalling and no start issue; however, my idle has significantly increased to 1000 rpms (should be around 650~700 for a manual trans e30.) Ohm readings across the terminals were a bit higher than spec so this is why I am giving it a 4.
