Individual exercise mat

I'm used to the thickness of a wrestling mat but this has worked well. I've been using it on my lvp so it has made the stretching much more comfortable than on the vinyl floor. It has been easy to clean it when I finish and just let the disinfectant dry by hanging it over a high back wooden chair. Then I just roll it back up to keep it clean. Very reasonable price too.
