I love mega foods magnesium

I ordered this because I

I ordered this because I read that taking a probiotic in 3rd trimester may be helpful to avoid being group b strep positive and help me avoid having to take antibiotics (which happened to me with my first baby). I have yet to be tested but so far, this really seemed to help boost digestion and I felt like it really helped to regulate me in times when I typically would expect to be constipated such as if I was traveling. All the ingredients are high quality and tailored for and safe for pregnancy which is exactly what I was looking for!

I've never had a probiotic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had a probiotic or prebiotic before and was extremely happy with this product. There was no bad taste, no taste at all actually. The glass bottle gave high quality with natural ingredients. This pill helped me stay regular, if i was experiencing constipation after taking this my bowls would move within 2 hours, i love this supplement so much. i accidentally left my out the fridge overnight so to be safe i trashed it and will be ordering another bottle.
