The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the delivery took so long; however, the company was very communicative about trying to make sure it arrived and were helpful with getting it delivered finally. (FedEx). We set it up today and so far, I'm really impressed with the looks, quality, and overall firmess of the couch. I would recommend this couch and company to others.
