this is a game changer, it holds my shoulders back it corrects my posture since I have scoliosis and I love that it holds my stomach in, so look like I have a smaller waist. at first you do get sore, because your muscles and your spine are being corrected and not used to your body being supported.. but it's a good hurt because everything is being corrected. I highly recommend this especially for the price.

Even the largest too small

I am not a big person, even though I ordered a large it did not fit. The straps barely made it around my waist and the straps over the shoulders did not even come down to attach Quality and Velcro appeared OK but again if they had made them larger, it would fit. I am only I am only 5‘11“ tall.
