The Sausage Maker Natural Sheep Casings, 20-22 mm (3/4'-7/8"). An edible casing generally used to make snack sticks, smoke sticks or small diameter breakfast sausage. Approximately 100 yards long. Salted casings have a very long shelf life when stored properly. Un-refrigerated, these salted casings quickly begin to give off a strong odor even though they are not spoiled. Put them back under refrigeration and this odor for the most part subsides. Stuffing capacity: Approximately 35 lbs. Diameter: Approximately 3/4" to 7/8" when stuffed
