Survivor is built on a shatter-resistant polycarbonate frame clad in rugged, shock absorbing silicone. Very stout case
My seven year old won an iPad mini and, due to her age, I wanted to make sure she had a case that would really help protect it. This was a perfect investment. It's a bit bulky, but it is obviously the perfect level of protection. It has a screen cover built into it. It has rubber nubs to cover all holes so that the tablet is protected from spills. One rubber flap covers the camera lense so it has to be rotated any time she wants to take a pic. It was a bit difficult for me to snap the front of the case to the back. (There are clips along the sides) I did it out of order which caused the difficulty. You have to make sure to start at the bottom and then clip the top together last.

Very durable, protective case!
This is a rugged, bulkier case, that protects the iPad very well. The screen protector seems thicker than many that I've tried, so for a kid, a stylus makes for more ease of use, but for an adult it is fine. I would recommend this to someone that works outdoors, in rugged conditions, such as the oil field etc. That, or for someone that is extremely clumsy. This case protects the overall screen, camera lens, and charger port very nicely. The color is of light green or lime.
