These are fun little lights you can set for steady as I do .... or 7 other fun settings, and they have a clear bright dainty sparkle. The timer also lets you set it to turn off in 6 hours, so if I want it longer, I just reset it. I have them on a door wreath ... and I have some sitting in huge plant containers with rose bushes .... adding a little magic to my landscape.

I'm pleased with the deal I got when I bought two 2-packs (4 strands) of these beautiful lights in January. I won't be displaying them until our camp celebrates Christmas-in-July. However, upon receipt, I took time to examine and test each strand. I counted the bulbs and measured the strands to ensure they matched the marketing description, and they did... 50 bulbs on each 18' strand. I am very pleased with the following: the accuracy of the marketing description; how neatly the lights were packaged; the durable construction; the colors and brightness of each little bulb; and the functionality and variety of each flashing mode. I did not test the remotes because I didn't want to pull out the little plastic strips that allow their internal battery to make the contact required to activate. I'll do that in July, 6 months from now, when I actually display them. However, even without using the remotes, each light strand's battery pack has a button to push to select your desired mode. Each battery pack's button appears to be well-constrcted to withstand any wet-weather exposure beneath a flexible, rubberized seal. I appreciate how the descriptors of each modality were printed on the battery packs. 3 AA batteries are required for each light strand. There are clips built on each battery pack to open them ... no screw driver is required ... making battery installation very easy! I look forward to using these battery powered lights during "Christmas-in-July"... no more extension cords strewn all over our campsite. Hooray!!
